A legally binding transaction is established only upon execution of formal, bilateral contracts including:

• Executed Master Equipment Lease Agreement (MLA) with agreed lock-in tenures.
• Tripartite Escrow Agreement executed with the designated financing bank/NBFC.
• Asset Purchase Agreements (APA) or OEM Dealership Delivery Margin Receipts.

Final lease rentals, debt service terms, and security deposit requirements are subject to formal counterparty credit underwriting, CIBIL commercial review, and lender committee approval.
